GM Technician

Internet Sales Consultant

    Ken Dixon Automotive is looking for a motivated, self-starting sales professional ready to take your sales career to the next level, we have the opportunity you've been looking for.  We're looking for sales professionals with the drive, determination, and sales expertise to work in the Internet sales division of our dealership.  As an Internet Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing all sales activities generated from our Internet sales division.  From generating and managing sales leads to closing business, you'll be instrumental in helping this division increase overall dealership sales.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing all sales activities generated from our Internet sales division, to create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers, and conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, in-person appointments, and others.

GM Service Advisor

Ken Dixon Automotive is currently seeking highly motivated men and women with service advisor experience to join our GM service team in Waldorf, Maryland.  Our Service Advisors greet customers in the service lane, assess their needs, and manage the work to its completion.  Successful candidates must be able to handle multiple tasks, possess great communication and writing skills, be very organized and exceptionally customer service oriented.  GM experience preferred but not required. Possession of a valid driver's license with a good driving record and insurability is required for consideration of employmentCandidates must also have a track record for "showing up and suiting up".  Dependability is a huge factor.  We have a major commitment to customer satisfaction.  Our customers depend on us, so we have to be able to depend on you!

Sales Associate

We are currently seeking full-time Sales Associates to join our team.  Experience not required but preferred.  Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record and must be insurable.  The ideal candidate would possess great customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, possess basic math skills, and maintain professionalism. The work schedule for this position is four (4) days per week plus Saturdays. Income potential is $35,000-$150,000 per year and is dependent upon performance which includes motivation and initiative.  

 

 Duties include but are not limited to greeting customers on sales floor and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired, explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom and on road,  suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase, computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount, and requirements for financing payment of vehicle on credit, prepares sales slip or sales contract, receives payment or obtains credit authorization, arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle, and researches availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.
